Shipping & Return Policy
It is a important message from AusPost:
The 'I Love You' Beads warehouse is for members only. You need to become a member before you can purchase items at our member's price. If you compare us to other retail shops, you will find our warehouse prices are much lower. Our members receive up to 70% off the normal retail price. The membership fee is only $10 and this will last for full 12 months period.
We are giving out "FREE Membership" when you register online & place your 1st order online to activite your new membership.
To become a member follow the instructions below
- Go to our home page.
- Click on 'Create an Account' at the top of the page.
- Enter your details.
If you are an existing member of I Love You Beads Shop at Leichhardt and you provided your email address at the time you joined. Then, you don't need to create an account again. We already have you in our online system. Just sign-in with your email address and the password is your member's number (it should be started from 823XXXXX) if you have not made any online purchases before.
Along with the great savings that our members enjoy by purchasing items at the member's price.
Shipping and Returns
A small fee of $3 is added to each order to cover handling and care efforts.
All orders will be hand-out to postman/courier within 1-2 working days upon receiving payment.
We are using AusPost or Sendle Courier service in most of the time (over 98%). The delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 working days for the local region (Some customers even told us they received the parcel in the next day, really cool!). For other states, please allow another 2 to 3 days more.
For Express Post (within Australia)
If you require an Express Post for your order, please call us on (02) 9572 8288 after you submitted your order and make sure contact us before 3pm on the same working days. We will assist you further.
For International post (World Wide)
For customers who are located outside of Australia, you are not required to pay immediately after submitting your order. We will need to add the international postage on top of your order manually. After this step, we will send you a PayPal-Request Money link via email.

If your parcel is returned to us
Please be aware that if your parcel is returned to us because you provided the wrong shipping address or incorrect instruction, you are required to pay for the second postage in full. We must receive payment in advance for this second delivery.
1. For online store, we would like to keep it simple & easy, we only offer a refund within 21 days from the shipping date.
2. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt for proof of purchase (the invoice).
3. Any returns must be in its original packaging and in a completely unaltered state (Never open or used).
4. Handling & Postage are not refundable.
