The 'I Love You' Beads warehouse is for members only. You need to become a member before you can purchase items at our member's price. If you compare us to other retail shops, you will find our warehouse prices are much lower. Our members receive up to 70% off the normal retail price. The membership fee is only $10 and this will last till the 31st December 2017.

We are giving out "FREE Membership" when you register online & place your 1st order online to activite your new membership.

To become a member follow the instructions below

  • Go to our home page.
  • Click on 'Create an Account' at the top of the page.
  • Enter your details.

If you are an existing member of I Love You Beads Shop at Leichhardt and you provided your email address at the time you joined.  Then, you don't need to create an account again.  We already have you in our online system.  Just sign-in with your email address and the password is your member's number (it should be started from 823XXXXX) if you have not made any online purchases before.

Along with the great savings that our members enjoy by purchasing items at the member's price.

Shipping and Returns

Handling Fee

A small fee of $3 is added to each order to cover handling and care efforts.


Regular Post (Australia)

  • $5 flat rate postage fee will be charged for all orders by Regular Post (E-Parcel with tracking number)

All orders will be posted within 2 working days of receiving payment. For metropolitan areas and large rural cities, please allow 5-10 working days for your parcel to arrive. It may take a few days longer for isolated areas.

Regular post will be processed from Monday to Friday.

For Express Order (within Australia) - Cutoff time 4:15pm on each business day

If you require an urgent delivery of your order, you can choose Express Postage which allows receipt of your parcel within one working day of payment. Your order to be sent in first priority. Please notify us at the time of check out or send an additional email to, delay may cause due to without notification.

Please be aware of that, if your payment made after 4:15pm (Sydney time), then your order will be posted out on the next business day.

A small fee of $3 is added to each order to cover handling and care efforts. Payment for postage will depend on the weight of your order (the system will automatically calculate for each order). Express Postage schedule is as follow:

  • Parcels less than or equal to 500g: $10.85
  • For every additional 500g: $2.20 extra

For example: 1.5KG order will be charged as $15.25.

Express will be processed within one working day.

International Post

For customers who are located outside of Australia, you are not required to pay immediately after submitting order. We will added the international postage on top of your order manually (please allow 24 hours to update). After that we will send you a PayPal-Request Money link by email later.

***For all types of postage, are not automatically covered for loss or damage during delivery.  If you request an Extra Cover (AU$2.50 within Australia only) for your goods, please advise us.  For more info:

Refund & Exchange Policy

I Love You Beads Shop will happily Refund your purchase in full within 7 days, Exchange or Credit Note for 100% of value within 21 days.

  • No Refund, only Exchange or Credit Note for On-Sale items (Clearance items)
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt for prove of purchase.
  • Any returns must be in original packaging and in a completely unaltered state.
  • Postage is not refundable or returns.

If your parcel is returned to us

Please be aware that if your parcel is returned to us because you provided the wrong shipping address or instruction, we will re-send your parcel by COD (Cash on Delivery). If you request it to be sent by Express Post, we must receive payment in advance for this second delivery.
